Happy New Year,

As we welcome 2014, we must first say thank you to all of our incredible patrons and supporters for their continued commitments to Fleur de Lys, Fleur by HK and Burger Bar. The last year has been filled with excitement, and we look forward to another amazing year.
It is hard to believe a decade has flown by since we opened Burger Bar Las Vegas. We still remember the pre-opening: the logo, the uniforms, the tasting of the burgers & buns etc.… and now here we are celebrating 10 fantastic years with all of our Burger Bar friends and family. Our sincerest thanks to our Corporate Chef Laurent Pillard (who has been with us since we opened) GM Lisa Burney, and the entire staff who has helped make Burger Bar a huge success! All your efforts are appreciated…Happy 10th Anniversary Burger Bar!

Also, the fourth Annual Food & Wine festival Hawaii is coming up: August 29th-September 7th…It’s always exciting to see friends gathering over-seas & getting together for a worthy cause!

This coming March 27th, join DJ CHEF HK with our Fleur de Lys GM Marcus Garcia playing sax to some of Chefs’ very own deep house music …Bring some rhythm & your dancing shoes & join us on the dance floor for another great event at Sir Francis Drakes’ Starlight Room, in Union Square, San Francisco. 10pm-close.
